How long does it take to receive my
products?
Our products are hand-made. This means that we need a bit of time to process your order. We try to list the general time-frame on each item's description page. As a general rule, most items can be shipped out within a week. Wall Artwork often requires additional time but can be quoted prior to ordering. Please e-mail us for further information. We are happy to accommodate RUSH orders for a small fee.
**Note that any "Ready To Wear" items we may carry will only have a handling time of a few days to enable our vendors to ship us the products.
Need your order in a hurry? Just ask & we'll try to accommodate rush deadlines. We will charge a small fee based on the scope of work and turnaround time to accommodate your rush deadline. Please contact us by email here for further inquiries on this subject
What payments do you accept? Our site will take you to our Paypal page but fret not, you actually do not have to have a Paypal account to check out with us. Simply choose the pay with debit or credit card option while checking out and utilize your Mastercard, Visa, etc. to complete your transaction.
Do you offer gift certificates? Yes! Please contact us by email here to request a gift certificate for our services or products.
How do you ship? We utilize the United Postal Service's 1st Class or Priority Mail Service for most standard shipping. If you need something expedited, please ask & we may be able to arrange for 2nd day or overnight shipping on your order at your expense.
What are the shipping charges? We utilize the United Postal Services for most standard shipping to try to keep shipping costs low. Shipping charges are currently based on total $ of your order. Please note that some odd shaped and heavier weight items are subject to additional shipping charges. This currently applies to larger painted canvas, kid's furniture, and the diaper cakes. We try to make this increase minimal and base it on your ship to location. Please contact us by email here should you require a shipping quote prior to order entry. If you purchase one of these items, you will hear from us with a follow up shipping invoice to cover these additional costs on applicable items during the customization process. We will also gladly discuss preferred shipping methods with you at this time as well.
**Ready to Wear items will ship for a flat $5 fee. You may combine up to 4 items for that $5 fee. Qty of orders with items from 5-10 will be a flat $10 fee and anything in qty greater than 11 will be quoted at time of order.
What are my options for fabric, thread color or fonts? We have access to an infinite amount of fabric, color and font selections. Don't see what you are looking for in one of our pictures? Please just make a detailed request and we'll be happy to work with you on this!
What if I see something I like but I want to change it in some way? Ask us about custom options. That is what we are all about! Please contact us by email here
Do your products fit within requirements for safety for children? We are parents and understand that safety is always the top concern. We strive to make our products both safe and eco-friendly. Often our products are embellishments on great base products made by well known manufacturers. However, we strongly encourage parents to watch their young children with any small piece items and to utilize their best judgement as to whether something is appropriate for the age of the child. It is up to you to parent.
